It\u2019s Human."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We talk a lot about systems\u2014education systems, health systems, economic systems\u2014but far less about the <strong>human infrastructure<\/strong> required to make those systems actually work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s the truth: systems don\u2019t fail because of design alone. They fail because the <strong>people inside them are unsupported, misaligned, or operating in survival mode<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If education is the predecessor system in a system of systems, then human infrastructure is the predecessor condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A regulated, connected, and supported human being is the most essential unit of any functioning system. Without that, no framework\u2014no matter how well designed\u2014can sustain impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the STRYPATH ecosystem, human infrastructure is not an afterthought. It is the foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It looks like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Educators who understand their own neurology and can co-regulate before they instruct<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Families who are equipped with language and tools to interpret, not just react<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community partners who reinforce identity, belonging, and opportunity beyond the classroom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how coherence is built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because a child does not experience systems in isolation\u2014they experience <strong>people across environments<\/strong>.
